Every agreement with Search Clicks is governed by the version of the general terms and conditions that applied at the time that agreement was formed. New versions have no retroactive effect. This page sets out which versions there have been and how to obtain the version that applies to your agreement.
Version 2026.1 — effective from 1 October 2026
Applies to all agreements with Search Clicks B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 94825726) formed on or after 1 October 2026, and to earlier agreements renewed, extended or replaced after that date where this version was made available in advance. Terms of Search Clicks (Belgium) — up to and including 30 September 2026
Applies to agreements concluded with the Belgian legal predecessor of Search Clicks B.V., established in Herentals, company number 0776914372. Those agreements refer to the address searchclicks.be/algemene-voorwaarden. They remain governed by the law chosen therein and by the terms applicable at the time. The version that applies to your agreement is the version that applied on the date of signature or formation of that agreement. If your agreement refers to a web address at which the terms were published, the text that stood at that address at that moment applies — not a later version. Redirection of an old web address to this website serves solely to keep the information accessible and changes nothing about the terms applicable to your agreement.
Changes to the general terms and conditions apply to a current agreement only after they have been announced in writing at least thirty days in advance, as described in article 23 of the current terms.
