Search Clicks B.V., established in Zoetermeer (the Netherlands) and registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 94825726, is the legal successor of the Belgian company that formerly traded under the name Search Clicks, established in Herentals, company number 0776914372, VAT number BE0776914372.
The rights and obligations under agreements concluded with that legal predecessor have passed to Search Clicks B.V. The content of those agreements has not thereby been altered.
Agreements concluded with the Belgian legal predecessor remain governed by:
the general terms and conditions as they applied at the time the agreement was formed, that is, the text then published at searchclicks.be/algemene-voorwaarden;
the law chosen in the agreement and the competent court agreed therein, as a rule Belgian law;
the arrangements set out in the agreement itself as to term, termination, price and services, which prevail over the general terms and conditions in the event of any discrepancy.
The current general terms and conditions of Search Clicks B.V. (version 2026.1) do not apply retroactively to these agreements. They apply only once an agreement has been renewed, extended or replaced after 1 October 2026 and the new terms were made available in advance, or once a change has been announced in writing at least thirty days beforehand.
The text of the general terms and conditions formerly published at searchclicks.be is no longer available at that address. If you are a party to an agreement with the Belgian legal predecessor and wish to receive the terms applicable to your agreement, send a message to hello@searchclicks.com stating the date of your agreement. You will receive them free of charge in a form you can save.
